Refund & Return Policy

For all refund enquiries please email – simplycinnamon@outlook.com Each request will be reviewed in a timely manner and will require additional information depending on the reason for return. Please read below.

Damaged Goods – If your goods arrive damaged, we require to contact us within 48 hours from when you received your order by emailing simplycinnamon@outlook.com. You will be required to email the following information: - A copy of your receipt - Photos of the damaged goods - Your full name, address & contact number From there we will be in contact to arrange a replacement / refund if the goods are deemed damaged.

Faulty Goods – Please send us an email with your issue & provide photos if possible. We do ask that you read our candle care cards which are provided with every purchase. If the instructions are not followed & the fault is deemed by user error, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

Change of Mind – Due to hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or refund products due to change of mind.

Gift Vouchers – We do not offer returns on gift vouchers.
